London, UK – 22nd February 2026 – Fresh from delivering a standout performance at Milano Cortina 2026, world champion freestyle skier Zoe Atkin stood at the top of the podium and did what a new generation of athletes now instinctively do – she captured the moment.

I aim for between nine and 10 hours if I’m training the next day and calculate what time I need to wind down, just to make sure I’m asleep on time.”

To get her head in the zone before competition, Zoe also meditates – a practice that helps lower her baseline stress levels, something she can see reflected in her health and fitness data. “It stops me spiralling and helps me stay grounded,” she says.
