Samsung Care+ for the Galaxy S24 Ensures Peace of Mind

However, accidents happen, and the last thing you want is to be burdened with the worry and hefty costs of repairing your beloved device. Samsung Care+ is here to give you worry-free smartphone ownership.

 

Samsung Care+ is a service plan that offers Accidental Damage Protection designed to shield your Galaxy S24 from the unexpected. You can sign up online or at a Samsung Brand store within 30 days of purchasing your device, and choose between the Standard or Premium Plans. With the Standard Plan, you have the option of a 12 or 24-month package that covers software and hardware repairs, the screen repair, black glass, and battery replacement. You can make one claim within 12 months and the Standard Plan excludes water damage. Payment on a 12-month plan can either be a once-off from R999 or monthly option) from R85 monthly [1].

 

 

The Premium Plan includes 24 or 36-month plans and allows two claims within two or three years. The plan covers the screen repairs, black glass, battery replacement, mainboard, liquid damage, external casing, software and hardware repairs. You also enjoy additional camera repairs, which is exclusive to the Galaxy S24 series. Payment options include a once-off from R1999, which gives you cover for 24 months, or a monthly premium option from R129. In the event of a claim, a R999 repair fee is applicable.

 

Samsung Care+ also brings you the peace of mind with low repair fees and should the unwelcome accident occur, your phone will get repaired by authorised technicians using genuine Samsung parts.
