Samsung Electronics Australia is today further empowering Australians to choose home appliances that exceed design, intelligence, and performance expectations by adding the Bespoke Jet™ AI premium cordless stick vacuum range to its award-winning Bespoke Home line-up.

Now available via Samsung’s Online Store in a timeless Satin Greige colour, the Samsung Bespoke Jet™ AI Vacuum is designed to elevate Australian lifestyles by providing Samsung’s most powerful suction — up to 280W[1] — fuelled by the lightest stick motor on the market[2] and double the battery capacity of its predecessor with up to 100 mins run time[3]. Available in 280W (VS28C9769QG/SA) and 250W (VS25C9759QG/SA) models, the Samsung Bespoke Jet™ AI Vacuum will be available via Harvey Norman from September 2023.

An Exceptionally Intelligent Cleaning Experience with AI-Based Cleaning

Harnessing Samsung’s AI Optimum Tech, both the Bespoke Jet™ AI 280W and 250W models feature an all-new AI Cleaning Mode which provides an effective cleaning experience while catering to a diverse range of floor environments within the home. The Bespoke Jet™ AI is also Samsung’s first cordless stick vacuum to feature an AI verification from UL Solutions, a leading independent safety science organisation, due to the ˋAI Optimum Techˊ AI Algorithm Verified For Classifying Flooring Type & Controlling Settings[4].

Via AI Cleaning Mode, the Bespoke Jet™ AI is designed to detect the brush load it has encountered through its suction motion controller, as well as the air pressure through its pressure sensors. Settings are analysed to classify the floor type the vacuum is placed on, and the resulting algorithm is automatically applied to provide the optimal suction power and brushroll speed[5]. The outcome is an automatic tailored cleaning experience designed to lessen the time it takes to complete chores, adding convenience to the lives of Australians.

In addition to the Bespoke Jet™ AI’s AI Cleaning Mode, SmartThings[6] and Smart Wi-Fi connectivity[7] lets users customise their vacuum experience and its functions while maintaining peak performance through the smart self-diagnosis function, providing more effective cleaning experiences.

Clean Experiences With An Upgraded Integrated Clean Station™

The Bespoke Jet™ AI’s upgraded Integrated Clean Station™ harnesses Air Pulse technology to automatically empty the dustbin for quick cleaning. When the dustbin is being emptied, the Integrated Clean Station’s™ Air Spin Edge technology swirls the Spinning Cyclone, removing remaining debris such as hair that may get stuck in the dustbin’s grille.

The enhanced Integrated Clean Station™ can automatically shut its cover after every disposal and offers a more powerful dust management performance with a 99.999% Multi-layered Filtration System[8] for trapping fine dust[9].

The Bespoke Jet™ AI 280W and 250W models are available from today via Samsung’s Online Store and will roll out nationwide via Harvey Norman from September 2023. Available in Satin Greige, the models will retail for $1,599 (VS28C9769QG/SA) and $1,499 (VS25C9759QG/SA) respectively.
