Samsung Announces New Range of Soundbars Optimised for QLED TVs
New Q Series, S Series and T Series soundbars make up Samsung’s most extensive range yet, offering better sound quality and smarter compatibility.
Samsung Electronics Australia has today launched its most advanced and extensive range of soundbars, engineered to deliver incredible and immersive audio experiences that can support style, feature, and performance demands of Australian homes.
The Samsung Q Series, T Series, and the design-focused S Series soundbars offer a broad selection of premium solutions for almost any household. The 2020 soundbar range is also engineered to complement Samsung’s latest QLED TV range through a new innovation that combines TV and soundbar speakers called, Q-Symphony.
The premium Q Series is a perfect match for QLED with Samsung Acoustic Beam Technology, adding depth and surround sound that makes your entertainment come alive. The accessible T Series product features include 3D surround sound via DTS Virtual X support, and powerful wireless bass that you can feel.
Created to be a stylish and smart standalone soundbar as well as an amazing stereo speaker system when required, the S Series features side-firing Horn Speakers that create a wide soundscape, incorporating Samsung’s Acoustic Beam technology to deliver an impressive sense of height. When combined, these fill the room with immersive sound equally suited to music and movie content. The compact all-in-one body design with premium textile wrap by Kvadrat also allows the soundbar to fit comfortably under Samsung televisions without obscuring the screen.
“Samsung is deeply invested in engineering and designing amazing audio products that create a highly immersive listening and TV viewing experience for the home,” said Hass Mahdi, Director of the Audio Visual Division, Samsung Australia. “The Q Series, T Series and S Series ranges are an incredible extension of our commitment to delivering a stunning range of soundbars that will offer Australians the ultimate in Samsung design, innovation and audio.”
The Q800T, Q70T and Q60T soundbars offer Samsung’s proprietary Acoustic Beam technology feature, along with the revolutionary Q-Symphony feature, which harnesses the power of Samsung’s 2020 QLED 8K TVs by synchronising the soundbar and in-TV speakers for a truly immersive surround sound experience.
For smarter, easier integration into consumers’ lives, the Q800T soundbar also comes with the choice of Samsung’s Bixby voice assistant or Amazon Alexa compatibility, and has wireless connectivity, allowing Australians to connect their soundbar to their TV via Wi-Fi to reduce cable clutter.
In addition, the Q800T and Q70T soundbars are equipped with True Dolby ATMOS and DTS:X surround sound technology, which delivers cinematic sound by having both overhead and directional sound for an incredibly immersive experience.
Samsung is also happy to guarantee Australians peace of mind in their soundbar purchase by covering their Q Series soundbars (Q800T, Q70T & Q60T) with a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee.* from launch until the 31st of July, 2020.
