Once exclusive to The Frame lifestyle TV, Samsung’s impending 2025 range of Neo QLED 8K & 4K and QLED 4K TVs will feature the Samsung Art Store, enabling more Australians to transform their screens into dynamic art experiences that reflect their personal style.
Samsung Australia’s mission to bring world-class art experiences to more people coincides with the commencement of the Art Basel Hong Kong Fair (28-30 March) where Samsung Electronics is the official display partner.

Samsung Electronics, the official Art TV of Art Basel, has today announced that it will bring the Samsung Art Store[1][2] to its 2025 line-up of AI-powered Neo QLED 8K & 4K and QLED 4K TVs. The expansion will enable almost 90 per-cent[3] of Samsung’s forthcoming 2025 TV line-up to deliver high-quality viewing and art experiences in display sizes spanning 43-inches to 100-inches.

As the world’s largest art TV subscription service, Samsung Art Store will grant Australians who purchase a 2025 Neo QLED or QLED TV access to over 360 free artworks every year, transforming the way they access and appreciate premium art at home at no extra charge[4]. The expertly curated collection of complimentary artworks evolve each month, enabling these Australians to tailor their home décor to seasonal themes, moods, and artistic movements, reveling in a wonder-filled and personalised art experience.

Via the Samsung Art Store expansion, 2025 Neo QLED and QLED TV owners will also be invited to subscribe[5] to explore more than 3,000 licensed artworks, expertly curated from over 800 artists and more than 70 prominent galleries and worldwide, including MoMA, The Met, The Lourve, and more.

As the official display partner for Art Basel, Samsung Art Store now also includes a newly curated collection of 17 select works from Art Basel galleries in celebration of the Hong Kong fair commencing today.

The new Art Basel Hong Kong collection includes renowned artworks such as Zhu Jinshi’s “This Triptych is as Gorgeous as the Autumn in a Scented Room,” Ticko Liu’s “Enduring as the Universe,” Jimok Choi’s “Shadow of the Sun,” Bae Yoon Hwan’s “Green Bear,” and more[6]. From today, these artworks will also be showcased on Samsung displays at the Art Basel Hong Kong Fair, transporting art lovers worldwide into the exhibition halls from the comfort of their homes.

“Samsung Art Store is making fine art more accessible than ever, bringing the premier artworks presented by leading international galleries at Art Basel Hong Kong directly into people’s homes,” said Bongjun Ko, Vice President of Samsung Electronics’ Visual Display Business. “We are proud to expand this experience to more Samsung TV owners worldwide, allowing them to enjoy world-class artwork in stunning picture quality with just a few clicks.”

Upon launch, Samsung’s 2025 Neo QLED and QLED line-up will offer the industry’s only Pantone-Validated Art TV experiences[7], ensuring authentic colour accuracy for every artwork.

Art Basel stages the world’s premier art shows for modern and contemporary art, sited in Hong Kong, Basel, Paris, and Miami Beach. As the official display partner for Art Basel, Samsung will introduce exclusive artworks to the Samsung Art Store from Art Basel’s Paris and Basel collections in addition to the Hong Kong collection throughout the year. The partnership supports Samsung’s mission to bring art closer to a broader audience, increasing accessibility and helping more global citizens connect with creativity on a large scale.

“We are proud to partner with Samsung Art Store on the 2025 Art Basel Hong Kong collection – extending Art Basel Hong Kong’s best-in-class cultural experience beyond the halls of the show, and creating new, year-round opportunities for ever broader audiences to engage with Art Basel’s distinguished international program of galleries and their artists,” said Noah Horowitz, CEO of Art Basel.

To highlight the intersection of art and technology, Samsung has today opened an interactive lounge, titled ArtCube[8], at Art Basel Hong Kong. The showcase demonstrates how The Frame and Neo QLED 8K TVs redefine digital art experiences by displaying artwork, including those from the Art Basel collection, in breathtaking detail. Under the theme “Borderless, Dive into the Art”, ArtCube visitors can engage with Samsung Art Store’s exclusive collections, bridging the gap between physical and digital art.

In addition to its ArtCube Lounge experience, Samsung will present a series of panel discussions highlighting influential voices from the contemporary art scene. Daria Greene, Head of Content and Curation at Samsung, leads each engaging in one-on-one dialogue. The conversations will feature Hayley Romer, Chief Growth Officer of Art Basel, and Marc Dennis, an American artist known for his hyper-realistic paintings.

Through Samsung Art Store, Samsung will continue to build and nurture the art community by deepening partnerships with artists, museums, and galleries, while working to empower both emerging and established individuals to explore new artistic possibilities.
