Samsung Electronics announces Australian pricing and availability for its latest Galaxy tablet

Samsung Electronics Australia has announced the latest addition to its Galaxy tablet range – the Galaxy Tab S7 FE – will go on-sale in Australia on Friday, September 17, 2021[1].

With the same sleek and stylish metal finish of the Galaxy Tab S7 line, the Galaxy Tab S7 FE comes in four colours: Mystic Black, Mystic Silver, Mystic Green, and Mystic Pink and with a choice of Wi-Fi or 5G connectivity. The Galaxy Tab S7 FE offers customers the features they love at an affordable price, starting from $799 (RRP).

The Galaxy Tab S7 FE has a large 12.4-inch[2] display, perfect for taking entertainment, and productivity to the next level. Even with a large display, Galaxy Tab S7 FE boasts a thin and light form factor, and has a powerful battery so users can easily stream, work, and create on-the-go.

The new tablet also comes with the fan-favourite S Pen included in-box, which lets users make the most of the large display to power-through tasks efficiently and unleash their creativity.

Garry McGregor, Vice President, Mobile Division, Samsung Electronics Australia said, “Samsung is committed to delivering best-in-class mobile experiences across our entire portfolio of mobile devices. Our Galaxy Tab S7 FE will offer Australians an exceptional Android experience, at a very compelling price.

“With students and creative professionals increasingly looking for ways to work on-the-go – whether it’s editing documents or design work – the Galaxy Tab S7 FE provides the tools and features they need to ensure a new idea or creative spark is captured.

“The Galaxy Tab S7 FE has incredible features including a vibrant 12.4-inch display, dual speakers powered by Dolby Atmos and super-fast charging[3]. Building upon our leadership in 5G, we’re now offering 5G connectivity in a mid-tier tablet for the first time which is incredibly exciting as more and more Australians embrace the latest network capabilities.[4]

Using Samsung Notes, on-screen handwritten notes on the Galaxy Tab S7FE can be easily convert to text. Notes can be organised with automatic tags and use Intelligent Search to find the exact notes almost instantly — no matter if it’s typed or handwritten.

The Galaxy Tab S7 FE also handles multi-tasking with ease. With Multi-Active Window, users can open up to three apps at once.[5] For example, browsing the web, taking notes and streaming a video — can all be done simultaneously on one screen. With App Pair, users can also save and quickly launch their favourite combination of apps together in Multi-Active Window.

For consumers looking for even more ways to maximise their productivity, Galaxy Tab S7 FE features Samsung DeX and a Book Cover Keyboard[6] so the tablet can be used like a laptop, transforming the UI to a PC-like experience. With the availability of Second Screen[7], the Galaxy Tab S7 FE can be used as an additional display alongside a PC to get an expanded view for greater productivity.

When inspiration strikes, Galaxy Tab S7 FE has the tools to get creativity flowing including Clip Studio Paint and Canva[8], which are compatible with the S Pen for smooth and sharp drawings and designs. Through a partnership with Canva, people who purchase the Galaxy Tab S7 FE receive access to exclusive templates and designs exclusively for Samsung customers for a limited time.
