Samsung Takes Home Canstar Blue’s 2021 Customer Satisfaction Award for TVs
Samsung has been announced as a joint winner of Canstar Blue’s 2021 Customer Satisfaction Award for televisions.
Canstar Blue asked over 1,200 consumers who purchased a television in the last two years to rate them on overall satisfaction, as well as picture quality, value for money, sound quality, ease of use, design and smart compatibility.
Samsung was awarded a five-star rating for four out of seven consumer rating metrics including overall satisfaction, picture quality, design/appearance, and smart compatibility, along with a four-star rating for value for money, sound quality, and ease of use.

Canstar Blue’s research found that the most prominent reason for Australians looking to purchase a new TV was the need to upgrade to a Smart TV. The award and results of Canstar Blue’s survey, reaffirms Samsung’s commitment to meeting the changing needs of consumers.
This year, Samsung launched its latest innovation in TV technology, Neo QLED 8K and has since gone on to receive positive recognition from both media and consumers in the local Australian market.
With consumers increasingly looking for televisions that not only output excellent picture quality, but also feature elegant design, Samsung’s portfolio is well placed to meet a wide range of consumer needs.
