WINNER: Samsung voted ‘Australia’s Most Loved whitegoods brand’ at 2025 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards

Samsung has collected twenty-two 2025 Finder Customer Satisfaction award wins including: ‘Most Reliable’ Washing Machine brand; ‘Top Performance’ Top and Bottom Mount Refrigerator brand; and, ‘Most Loved’ French-door Refrigerator brand Awards.

Samsung is today celebrating recognition as Australia’s ‘Most Loved Whitegoods Brand’ at the 2025 Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards. The top accolade was achieved alongside 21 additional awards wins and 13 highly commended nods across Samsung home appliance categories including Washing Machine, Refrigeration, Microwave, Washer Dryer Combo, Heat Pump Dryer, and Stacked Washer Dryer.

In achieving the ‘winning’ honours, Samsung secured the highest scores against more than 20 competing brands, as rated by Australian consumers:

Currently in its sixth year, Finder’s Customer Satisfaction Awards is among the most comprehensive consumer recognition programs in Australia, surveying over 60,000 Australians about products and brands they use everyday. In asking consumers to rank brands against the survey metrics, the program recognises brands that best meet consumer expectations with the purpose of helping more Australians make smarter, more confident purchasing decisions.
