LED조명 차세대 기술 공동 개발 및 사업협력을 위한 양해각서(MOU) 체결
삼성전자가 독일 조명회사인 오스람(Osram)과 상호 특허 라이센스 계약을 체결하고 상호 협력 체제를 구축합니다.
삼성전자와 오스람은 현재 양사 간 진행 중인 모든 특허 소송을 취하하고 2012년 8월말 LED 全제품과 관련한 모든 특허의 상호 이용 권한을 허락하는 크로스 라이센스 계약을 체결하기로 합의했습니다.
