Pre-order Information and Registration of Interest for Samsung Galaxy S24 Series
Pre-order for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra will commence online from 18 January 2024, Thursday, 2am at selected online stores.
Consumers can place their pre-order for the all-new devices, at the following:

- Samsung Official Store in Lazada, Shopee and KrisShop
- Local telecommunication operators (M1, Singtel and StarHub)

- Other selected channels: iShop Changi and ZYM Mobile
Consumers who pre-order the Galaxy S24 Series will be entitled a complimentary storage upgrade (worth up to $330) on their selected device2.
Consumers who pre-order their Galaxy S24 Series devices will enjoy early delivery and be able to collect or receive their devices from 24 January 2024, Wednesday.

Consumers who opt to pre-order via walk-in at the Samsung Experience Stores can collect their devices in-store at any outlet from 24 January 2024, Wednesday.

Consumers who pre-order their Galaxy S24 Series from telecommunication operators can collect their devices from 24 January 2024, Wednesday. Customers of M1 and Singtel can opt to collect their devices through in-store collection, delivery, or POPStation collection, while StarHub customers can receive their devices via delivery only.
