With fall setting in and holiday festivities looming, many of us will be doing more home entertaining. In fact, 44% of people expect to celebrate the holidays at home with small of family and friends.1 This uptick in cooking and cleaning can push our consumer electronics and home appliances into usage overdrive — demanding extra maintenance and, possibly, repairs.

When you’re in need of a fix for your TV, washer, dryer, dishwasher, or other large Samsung home appliance, Samsung Care makes it easy to get quality and convenient support. With our qualified and certified Samsung technicians across the U.S., we cover 99.9% of the country for in-warranty service2. Our repair experts go the extra mile to make sure the issue is fixed fast and fixed right so you can focus on what matters most.

Here’s how it works:
  • If you own a smart home appliance, Samsung’s Home Care service via the SmartThings app offers proactive and preventative support. The app sends alerts for product issues and lets you create service requests for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty items. You can also call or text 1800-Samsung or go online to make a request.
  • For Samsung TVs, Samsung Remote Service enables a Samsung Care Pro to remotely view and control your TV to directly help you with your product.
  • Once a ticket is created, you’ll be contacted within 24 hours to gather more information and schedule a convenient service appointment. A dedicated technician is assigned to you for diagnosis and repair. Our skilled technicians use digital tools to diagnose and quality-check repairs. Genuine Samsung parts are prepared in our warehouse and assigned to your technician.
  • On repair day, you’ll receive a text message with a link to track the technician’s route to your home. Your technician arrives, connects wirelessly to your product using Samsung’s diagnostics app, and conducts repairs—replacing parts, addressing mechanical/electrical issues, or providing usage guidance. After repair, a thorough quality check is performed, ensuring a successful one-stop repair journey. As a Samsung customer, we value your feedback! You will receive a survey after your repair is complete so you can share more about your experience and help us to continuously improve.

What’s more, even in rural areas, our customers can access next-level quality Samsung care for their TVs and home appliances via Samsung Beyond Boundaries. With this program, consumers located within a 4-hour radius of a Samsung care center in various U.S. regions can receive at-home repairs. For anyone outside of this radius, Samsung can also dispatch qualified technicians via the Samsung Traveling Techs program.
