Samsung Galaxy Recognized by Kantar BrandZ for Third Consecutive Year

The Samsung Galaxy brand has once again been named number one in Belgium in the Kantar BrandZ ranking. This marks the third consecutive year that Samsung Electronics has received this recognition, reaffirming its position as the most valuable and significant player in all measured categories — across fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail and technology.

The Kantar BrandZ ranking is compiled annually based on a large-scale consumer survey conducted by an independent party, with thousands of consumer opinions collected and analyzed. According to Kantar, the BrandZ results demonstrate the resilience and adaptability of brands in a rapidly changing market.

A central highlight of the results was Samsung Galaxy’s exceptional performance across the three core pillars of brand value, where its scores exceeded the category average, set at a baseline index of 100. The brand achieved a score of 170 for Significant, indicating a high relevance to consumers’ lives. For Distinctive, it scored 143, showcasing its unique market positioning and memorability. Most impressively, Samsung Galaxy scored 183 for Remarkable, reflecting how easily and frequently the brand comes to mind for consumers.

These results show that Belgian consumers perceive Samsung Galaxy as a remarkably strong brand, largely due to its distinctive look and consistent communication. Samsung not only innovates with its products and services, such as the Galaxy Z series foldables and Galaxy AI, but also stands out with its marketing, using creative media and bold activations to engage the audience.
