The screen has been expanded an inch using Max Screen technology, while for the 13.3 inch model, the overall size was reduced 30% while maintaining the screen size.
400nit of Brightness with the Super Bright Plus Display
The Super Bright Plus Display offers unsurpassed picture quality. The Series 9 also offers a backlit keyboard for use in any environment.
Booting in 9.8 Seconds
The New Series 9 boots up in a mere 9.8 seconds and recovers from Sleep Mode in 1.4 seconds, making it 5.2 seconds and 1.6 seconds faster than the original Series 9 respectively.
Different Memory Cards in just One Slot
To maintain the half-inch thickness the New Series 9 combines 4 SD card slots into one while the 3.0 and 2.0 USB slots are located in the thickest part for ease of use.
