Samsung Electronics announced the global launch of the Odyssey OLED G9, expanding the Odyssey OLED gaming monitor lineup to offer consumers a wider range of gaming monitor options. Samsung Odyssey OLED gaming monitors are now available in three types: two 49-inch Odyssey OLED G9s with a 32:9 ratio (Model Name: G95SC, G93SC) and a 34-inch Odyssey OLED G8 with a 21:9 ratio (Model Name: G85SB).

▲ The Odyssey OLED lineup now includes G9

All three Odyssey OLED gaming monitors deliver vivid colors and precise contrast through dimming control at a self-emitting pixel level. At the same time, its rapid 0.03ms (GtG) response and AMD FreeSync™ Premium Pro enable more exhilarating and responsive gameplay.

▲ Core Lighting+ leverages advanced lighting technology to expand the screen experience and enhance immersiveness

The “Slim Metal Design” within a metal frame and “Core Lighting+” make your gaming space sleek and attractive. The advanced lighting technology on the back of the monitor matches the colors on screen and delivers more dynamic content, bringing every gaming experience to life.

To provide unrivaled, breathtaking picture quality, G95SC and G85SB feature Neo Quantum Processor Pro and Neo Quantum Processor. Using these technologies, the Odyssey OLED gaming monitors adjust brightness and contrast while AI Upscaling automatically enhances lower-resolution content to take full advantage of the screen. As a result, the monitor can express a wide variation of hues and depth, pixel by pixel. Plus, Smart Hub and Samsung Gaming Hub allow users to enjoy OTT services and cloud games more conveniently.

The world’s first dual QHD OLED gaming monitor, Odyssey OLED G9 joins the lineup to open a new era of OLED gaming. Take a look at the infographic below to learn more.
