PrinterOn Mobile Printing Software Now Available on Samsung Electronics’ Mid-high Speed Printers

Samsung Electronics announced that all of its mid-high speed printers now support PrinterOn’s Enterprise, Express and Hosted Edition secure mobile printing software. The update covers printers in speed segment 3 or higher (higher than 21 pages per minute for A4 color and 31 pages per minute for A4 mono). Users who currently own a printer in these segments can acquire the software through a firmware update.

PrinterOn, a leader in secure mobile printing and a Samsung subsidiary, offers all of its editions for Samsung printers in the form of embedded agents. The software is integrated directly onto the Samsung printers, eliminating the need for any extra equipment or drivers. A Samsung printer equipped with the PrinterOn embedded agents gives users secure and easy mobile printing features including secure employee printing, guest printing, and remote printing in office and home environments.

• Express Edition: A version suitable for organizations with a low printing volume. This private cloud based mobile printing software can be installed with a single click and configured with a single user interface.
• Hosted Edition: A public cloud based mobile printing solution suitable for public places such as hotels and airports. PrintedOn Hosted offers these businesses a way to provide easy and secure mobile printing to guests and patrons.

Deploying PrinterOn for Samsung printers only takes a one-time registration of the service. The PrinterOn embedded agents work with all of PrinterOn’s Enterprise, Express, and Hosted editions.
