Samsung Home Appliances Partners with FERRANDI Paris

Samsung Electronics announced the collaboration with the National French Culinary School of Art, FERRANDI Paris. With a shared vision of bringing the professional culinary world and consumers closer, Samsung Home Appliances will establish a Samsung Kitchen Class within FERRANDI Paris.

 

Equipped with the latest premium kitchen appliances from Samsung along with premium design furniture, the 70m2 Samsung Kitchen Class with 14 independent work stations will serve as a gathering platform for elite chefs and consumers to share knowledge and skills including how to maintain good hygiene, appropriate gestures and good habits in the kitchen.

Founded in 1920 and affiliated to the Paris Ile-de-France Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, FERRANDI Paris, the French School of Culinary Arts has trained generations of chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, caterers, restaurant managers and owners. Located in the heart of Paris, it holds a team of 100 permanent elite professors carrying stars from the Michelin Guide or a title of Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF).

 

Samsung Club des Chefs

 

As part of the Samsung Club des Chefs campaign (www.samsungclubdeschefs.com), the Samsung Kitchen Class will act as a classroom for consumers to receive cooking advices, tips and learn recipes with the help of elite professors from FERRANDI Paris.

 

Through such hands-on sessions, the culinary experts at FERRANDI Paris and participating consumers will get to know Samsung appliances well, enabling them to provide continuous insights and advices on how to improve Samsung kitchen appliances.

 

Taking all the insights and advices into consideration, Samsung will also hold customized developer workshops to discuss and ideate future products for better experiences in the kitchen.

 

The Samsung Kitchen Class at FERRANDI Paris is scheduled to open in March 2014.
