Start spreading the news: The Galaxy S8 and S8+ have finally arrived. To celebrate its latest flagship’s big debut, on March 29, Samsung illuminated New York City’s Times Square with immersive displays reflective of the powerful visual experiences the device’s Infinity Display provides.

You can see the Galaxy S8’s immersive signage for yourself in the photos below.

Times Square glows blue as immersive signage introduces the new Galaxy S8 to the city of New York.

Unconfined by boundaries, like the Infinity Display of the Galaxy S8, an enormous whale swims from display to display above Times Square, as thousands of onlookers admire the sight from below.

Set against the iconic signage and Broadway billboards of Times Square, numerous displays announce Samsung’s newest flagship smartphone.

Passersby watch as practically every corner of Times Square – from the facades of its skyscrapers to its street kiosks – is taken over by visuals announcing the smartphone’s highly anticipated arrival.

A lively troupe of performers dances in celebration of the debut of the Galaxy S8 while onlookers join in on the fun.

Filmed from above and broadcast on a central display, the dancers’ performance concludes as they create a formation resembling the bezel-less Galaxy S8.
