U.S. on March 24, 2026

Samsung Electronics has been named to Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2026 list, ranking No. 4 in the Consumer Electronics category and No. 7 in Corporate Social Responsibility. The recognition highlights Samsung’s continued advancements in AI and its efforts to integrate connected experiences across its product ecosystem.

In the Consumer Electronics category, the company was recognized for the Galaxy Z Fold7, which delivers a thinner, lighter design enhanced by Galaxy AI features such as real-time translation and advanced editing tools. The newly introduced Galaxy S26 series further expands these capabilities, offering more intelligent and tailored user experiences across flagship smartphones.

In the Corporate Social Responsibility category, the company was also recognized for Ocean Mode, a Galaxy camera feature developed to support coral reef monitoring and restoration. Introduced in collaboration with marine partners and now available on the Galaxy S26 series, the feature demonstrates how Samsung’s technology contributes to environmental conservation.

The company continues to advance AI-driven experiences in home entertainment. Samsung Vision AI Companion enables more interactive and responsive TV experiences, allowing users to control and experience content through natural language. The introduction of Micro RGB TVs is also a notable step forward for displays, offering enhanced color and realism across a wide range of screen sizes. This lineup complements Samsung’s broader 2026 TV portfolio, which includes Neo QLED, OLED and lifestyle models such as The Frame.

Across the connected home, Samsung has expanded SmartThings and its Bespoke AI appliance lineup to create adaptive living environments. Products such as Bespoke AI Refrigerators with AI Vision Inside support food management and meal planning, while SmartThings Energy features help optimize energy usage.

Beyond products, Samsung’s recognition in corporate social responsibility is a reflection of its broader commitment to sustainability and community impact. Initiatives such as Solve for Tomorrow support STEM education, helping thousands of schools with funding and resources. At the same time, solutions like AI Energy Mode and circular design programs contribute to reducing environmental impact.
