[Photo] Samsung and Six Flags Launch Virtual Reality Coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain

Following the debuts of The New Revolution Virtual Reality Coasters in parks near Dallas and Atlanta, Samsung and Six Flags did a soft launch for another VR Roller Coaster for Season Pass Holders at the Six Flags Magic Mountain theme park near Los Angeles on March 26.

As Six Flags’ official technology partner, Samsung is pioneering immersive Gear VR roller coaster experiences in North America. With the Gear VR headset, powered by Samsung’s flagship Galaxy smartphones, The New Revolution riders find themselves transported to a futuristic battlefield—and thrust into the front line of thrilling battle to save the planet from alien invasion.
