‘What’s Trending’ Announces CES 2013 Live Daily Coverage

Emmy nominated live interactive show What’s Trending has partnered with Samsung as the official livestream partner of the Samsung SMART Studio & Lounge. At IFA 2012, the SMART Lounge made a huge splash as the place to be for IT/Tech media, bloggers, and digital celebrities.

What’s Trending will be shooting their daily live show at noon pt/3pm pt with the biggest celebs and YouTube stars and bringing viewers exclusive access and coverage of the epic Samsung show floor with live demos, expert panels and more throughout the day on YouTube.com/WhatsTrending.

Lazar will be continuing her role as host and EP of the live broadcast with co-host Ethan Newberry and correspondents Andre Meadows of YouTube’s popular BlackNerdComedy, and Lewis Hilsenteger of UnboxTherapy. Other guests expected throughout the week include Felicia Day, iJustine, Veronica Belmont, Gary Vaynerchuk, Robert Scoble, Ben Parr, Mashable’s Lance Ulanoff, Wired’s Mark MacClusky and many more!

Samsung SMART Lounge will be right behind Samsung’s main exhibition floor and will be open from Jan 8th to 11thduring CES 2013.

The Samsung SMART Lounge is an exclusive lounge where snacks and drinks, free Wi-Fi, comfortable seats and neat tables with power outlets are provided. It’s designed to provide fast and easy access for the global IT/Technology media, digital celebrities, and strategic bloggers to write about the hottest news and broadcast new issues to IT fans all over the world. It has seating for up to 40 and also features a brand wall for photo shoots.

The SMART Lounge offers a great environment to network with IT/Tech media editors, bloggers and Samsung Electronics’ staff on-site, refuel yourself and blog away while charging your devices. Also, we’ll be even equipped with an Interview Zone space for you to shoot videos and photos for your news channels for free.

The SMART Lounge will have several new features, including the SMART Studio, a space for IT/Tech media and bloggers to hold their own video-filming, live streaming, interviews, or to take hands-on video.
