Six out of 10 expect their next smartphone to include more AI features, while most young people would use AI features if they were available on their smartphone today. Despite the overall enthusiasm, however, nearly eight in 10 respondents said they need more knowledge on the technology to understand its mechanisms. Almost nine out of 10, meanwhile, responded they have yet to receive any kind of training in the field. Samsung Recicla, Samsung Electronics’ reverse logistics program, collected 115% more electronic waste in 2023 than the year before.
